1. Voucher

Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or cancelled

2. Onetime fee

The one time fees paid towards account opening are non-refundable.

3. Refunds.

If approved, then the refund will be processed back to your account or original method of payment, within 15 days.

4. Cancellation of Loans, Deposits, and other products

All loans, deposits and products provided by USA Micro Finance are through regulated partners, and their regulated cancellation policies shall apply.

5. Withdraw Policy

1. Daily withdraw request :- Users are allowed to submit requests for withdrawals on a daily basis. This suggests that users can request to take money out of an account or platform regularly, without any specific waiting period.

2. New User Withdraw Policy :- For new users who join the system, there is a withdrawal policy that becomes applicable after a period of three months. This could mean that new users have certain limitations or restrictions on their withdrawal requests during the initial three months of their membership. After this period, they are subject to the same withdrawal rules as other users.
